In an extremely compact design, Fisher has achieved higher performance, improved audio clarity, improved sensor electronics, and better sensitivity to leaks with less background noise - all with heavy duty characteristics of the trusted Bigfoot. The Fisher multi-sensor is used for both the ground microphone and direct contact applications - the one sensor that does it all. Fisher's XLT-30 Multi-Sensor combo, sets a new standard for leak detection.

The XLT-30-B features advanced electronic amplification and filtering, a tactile keypad, an easy to read digital display and a notch feature which allows independent suppression of outside interfering noise. You can detect leaks easily with the Water Leak Detector. This model can detect leaks at hydrants, meter pits, valves, and underground. This unit detects and pinpoints liquid leaks in pipes. A notch filter system reduces external noise. It is designed for ultra-low amplifier noise for amplifying leak responses. It has a peak hold function that appears on the LCD bar graph for comparison of sound levels. It automatically limits the system to enhance weak noise sources for easy listening in the field through the included crystal clear audio headphones for easy listening in the field. In addition to a tactile keypad, this unit has a digital display which is backlit for use in low light conditions. It ships in a heavy duty carrying case for protection in the field and during transport.

It has increased response for poor sound conductors such as pvc pipe or non metallic pipe. Sensors are shielded from outside noises to reduce interference with your searches. A battery test and monitoring system is built into the device. This model has a wide variety of optional compatible ultra sensitive sound microphones. You can select from the following options based on the package you select: Hydrophonic Probe, Sound Rods, Multi Sensor Microphone and the Big Foot Microphone, Multi-Sensor Microphone, Little Foot Microphone.
